ayuda con pantalla azul

Hola:
amigos bakunos tengo una duda espero me puedan ayudar,a mi laptop le ocurrio que derrepente se puso en pantalla azul y se reinicio sola.
la cheque con Whocrashed y esto es lo que resulto.

bueno puede ser algun conflicto de algun programa o driver recien instalado, restaura el sistema a antes que hiciera ese pantallazo azul

en mi experiencia con los pantallazos azules !, te puedo decir que bueno hay de pantallazos a pantallazos claro !.
pero la mayoria que he clasificado es por fallo en la comunicacion del disco duro o mal contacto en las memorias ram !.

lo cual indica que las memorias ram hicieron un falso !. (no tengo idea porque pero si !.)
checa que las memorias ram esten bien puestas, claro que lo estaran pero quitalas y ponlas nueva mente !. aveces el polvo puede ocacionar mal funcionamiento en los domponente.

otro de lo que detecte como decia es por falla en la comunicamcion con el disco duro !.
si este tiene un mal funcionamiendo o falso contacto en el cable !.
(por experiencias personales tanto en mi pc desk como en una lap de un cliente. y otras varias pcs de clientes.)

remueve el disco duro !, ponlo nueva mente !.

enrealidad hay tantas posibilidades y variaciones en errores!, yo me considero un diagnosticador de equipos!. valla que aveces le batallo para encontrar soluciones !, pero todo esta en el hecho de ir analisando los equipos paso a paso componente a componente, haciando pruevas y descartando elementos y dispositivos !.

pero tu puedes hacer lo siguiente !.

FORMATEA TU LAPTOP. si no hay problemas de pantallazos en delante entonces solo era de software como bien se indica en el error que transcribes !, un archivo de avast es el que tiene problemas de funcionamiento en tu equipo !:

pero si persisten los pantallazos, yo apostaria a que es el disco duro !, pero no hay que adelentarnos a las concluciones !.
se requieren pruevas para descartar o incriminar a tu DD.

Que no se dan cuenta de que el problema lo está ocasionando un driver del antivirus Avast segun el reporte?

Vaya, solitos salen a flote....en fin
Como ya lo dijo Joca 2, el problema es con Avast, prueba desinstalandolo completamente y reinstalo de nuevo.
Formatear??? vaya cosa.

Dale una checada al visor de sucesos a ver si hay algun error mas.

Asi que cambia la version o cambia de antivirus.
Si tu Windows es original prueba el antivirus de Microsoft, funciona de manera decente.

intenta entrar a modo a prueba de fallos y desinstala el antivirus con eso deberia funcionar si no intenta entrar a Restaurar sistema de windows seria otra opcion espero te sirvan

Mas sencillo aún, corre el regseeker, es un programa de limpieza del registro, das a reparar a todo lo que encuentre, correlo al menos dos veces. Esto solucionará tu problema del antivirus. Si no fuera así solo queda desinstalar y volver a instalarlo como ya mencionarón.

Como comentaron arriba, el problema parece ser con el avast, te sugiero lo siguiente, desintala el avast, ejecuta el ccleaner y que busque en el registro y elimina todas aquellas llaves que ya no son utiles (yo siempre elimo todas, hasta que me da cero), reinica el equipo y utilizalo durante algun tiempo, trata de no conectarte a internet o solo a sitios seguros y solo conecta memorias que estes seguro que no estan contaminadas, finalmente si no te da mas pantallazos azules reinstala el avast.
