Ayuda con mi conexión a Internet

Hola hermanos bakunos, quisiera que me ayudaran con un problema que tengo desde hace aproximadamente 2 o 3 días...

Tengo contratado el Plan de 1MB de Telmex, y ya me lo habían subido a 4MB, era un sueño, descargaba mas o menos a 450Kb/s, pero ahora mi conexión está del asco, se me desconecta muy seguido y cuando intento bajar un archivo me descarga como a 15 o 20Kb/s.

Le pregunte a un tipo del Telmex y estubimos charlando un rato, total que me dijo que abriera una ventana del sistema y pusiera netstat, y al momento de ponerlo ¡Que Sorpresa! las conexiones que empiezan con TCP superaban las 60 y eso que solo tenía abiertas como 2 ventanas del Chrome.

Me sugirió que actualizara mi antivirus e instalara un antispyware (me instalé uno porque no tenía), lo ejecuté y me salieron varios bichos, ahora ya limpié mi equipo segun yo, pero aun tengo la conexión lenta y me descarga del asco.

¿ Alguien que me pudiera ayudar ?

Bueno, no aclaras que antimalware instalaste, pero te recomiendo el Malware Bytes, te dejo el link por si lo necesitas.

Después de escanear tu maquina con este antivirus, te recomiendo que cheques tu modem, para ver que no tengas ratas infiltradas.
Escribe en tu navegador 192.168.1.254 o bien http://home
Si te pide contraseña por lo general o bien es TELMEX en mayúsculas como usuario y la contraseña es tu clave wep. Checa cuantas maquinas estan vinculadas al modem. Y te recomendaria cambiar la contraseña por WPA-psk.
Ademas de la velocidad que deberías tener.
Comenta como te fue.

Hola men, instalé el SUPERAntiSpyware no se si sea bueno, pero es el que encontré :p

Y ya me he metido al modem varias veces, aun apagando el WIFI (que ya había configurado con WPA-PSK) mi maquina de escritorio (conectada con cable ethernet) me sigue marcando un buen de conexiones TCP. :(

De todas maneras intentaré con el prog que me dices, a ver si detecta algo.

Esta chingona la velocidad de conexión, tengo igual y descarga como el diablo. Usa el Antimalware que te deje, por lo general elimina y detecta hasta lo mas cabron, dejalo full, para que de paso se convierta en tu cortafuegos.

De paso abre la consola CMD, escribe ipconfig/release
Despues de que se ejecute el comando escribe ipconfig/renew
Y despues escribe ipconfig/all

Me cuentas cuantas conexiones te detecta ok.

Bueno, si la velocidad estuviera chida, como hace unos días... me marcara esto...

asi descargaba a 400Kb

y ahora con mi problema, el programa que me dijiste es la hora que aun no se descarga...


Intenté con los comandos que me dijiste, pero sin exito, aun me salen muchas conexiones :(

Una pregunta si no es mucha indiscrecion, que programas tienes instalados aparte de la paqueteria office, antivirus.

Si me pudieras responder, para guiarme mejor.

Ah, se me olvidaba, ya checaste la velocidad en modo a prueba de fallos.

Me iría, por desinstalar ares, el office Tab free, y por ultimo MiPony, que es el gestor de descargas. Después le daría un repason con el CCleaner.

Después entreria al administrador de tareas, te vas a la pestaña de procesos, y si puedes captura la imagen de procesos que se estén ejecutando.
Claro, espero que tengas un respaldo de los programas.

Ok, vamos a utilizar el programa HijackThis, descargalo de su pagina oficial.

http://free.antivirus.com/hijackthis/

una vez descargado, reinicia tu sistema e inicia en modo aprueba de fallos. Cierra cualquier programa abierto.
Después ejecutas el HijackThis, espera a que termine y pegas el log que produzca. Seguimos de ahí. Ok

Gracias kameka, bajé el programa, pero creo que estoy medio wey xq no puedo ejecutarlo via consola, y como ahora ya llegue el 80% mejor reinicio el modem.

Ok, te recomiendo, que antes de realizar los arreglos, en la venta de HijackThis, en la esquina derecha, hay una tecla que dice "Config" dale un click, te aparecerá varias opciones, selecciona la opción de Make Back up before fixing items, una vez seleccionada esa casilla, le das en Back, realiza el scaner de nuevo, y seleccionas las siguientes entradas.

Despues de seleccionar las entradas, le das en Fix Checked, te preguntara si quieres borrar las entradas, le das yes. y espera a que termine. reinicia, dale otra pasada con el CCleaner y me cuentas como sigue tu conexión.

ya men, hice lo anterior, pero me parece que sin éxito, aun tengo una conexión pésima y no se si sea correcto pero sigo guiandome con el netstat, aun cuando no tengo el navegador abierto me siguen saliendo infinidad de conexiones :(

PD. Ya hasta reinicie mi modem, por los que me dijeron, pero tampoco.
PD. No te preocupes, por la demora jaja xD

Ok, como ultimo recurso seria si puedes usar una lap u otra compu para checar la conexion. Si en otro equipo sigue igual,posiblemente es el modem,que esta mal. Y si funciona. Es la maquina

OK bro, gracias x la ayuda, tengo una netbook, lo intentare con ella, siguiendo los pasos que me dijiste, espero que si funcione, si no pues restaurare esta a un punto atrás, creo que tiene uno guardado como hace 2 o 3 días, espero que eso funcione, si no, le prenderé fuego al modem y llamaré para decir que tiene un problema, que me lo cambien.
