ayuda con mediawiki

mi problema es que cuando estoe instalando el mediawiki, ya que relleno todos los campos y le doy en instalar me aparece

me parece que agregaste mal los datos de tu SQL Puedes Subir tu vercion de mediaWiki para revisarlo en Local Host
