en lo que entiendo es que tienes duplicados los archivos. es decir de donde descarga los archivos para actualizar. en vez de bajarlos de una fuente los baja de 2 o mas fuentes y por lo mismo marca error porque están duplicados. a mi me salia ese error pero si actualizaba. en todo caso elige que solo descargue los archivos de una sola fuente que de preferencia sea la oficial.

lo que veo es que tus repositorios están duplicadas, desde consola entra a ese archivo con nano y con gedit(con permiso de root) para poder editarlo y ver que línea es la que se duplica... saludos

Con gusto ayudo en todas tus preguntas, siempre y cuando no sean de UBUNTU.
Si puedes migrar a OpenSUSE, o Mandriva, como distros mas bien iniciaticas, (aunque OpenSUSE, es mucho más que eso) feliz te ayudo.
Si estas en condiciones de ir por algo mas profesional, claramente fedora.

NO VOY A DAR SOPORTE A UBUNTU, ni xBUNTUS, ni DEBIAN, ni derivados, hijastros, o primastros.
Son distribuciones que es mejor omitir, por sus permanentes inestabilidades
P:eek: Tu problema se resuelve depurando tus repositorios.

Lo bueno que hay mas foros de ubuntu solo busca en google no dependas de fans.
Hay gente mas capacitada que tal o cual fanático de s.o. o distribuciones
se supone que Linux es una comunidad que debería ayudarse entre si lo que yo hago si alguien no me quiere ayudar en un foro consulto en el foro oficial o con gente mas capaz no le hago caso a un simple fanático, aunque se que 3... 2... 1.... van a salir con su currículum vítae tecnológico que son ingenieros astronautas de la nasa en tal distribución
hasta el mas humilde usuario tiene la solución.

Exactamente... podría salir con mi CV, pero ¿¿¿para que???
Si no lo hice cuando cuando comencé a postear hace algún tiempo, ni cuando ayudo a las personas, ni cuando posteo guías, ni cuando doy mi opinión... asumo que no debo empezar ahora.
Lo único que tiene que preocuparte, es elegir una distribución que no de problemas, sea estable, no tenga paquetes añejos o inestables, y que posea una comunidad solida, que a diferencia de la de las distros basadas en Debian (salvo hoy, contadas y eminentes excepciones), tienen mas usuarios preguntando, que resolviendo... y muchos menos aun que desarrollan. En general, Debian se transformo en un empaquetador, en vez de seguir el camino original de desarrolladores que por alguna razón, se perdió hace 10 años app.
¿¿¿ cual es el aporte de Canonical al Kernel ??? . . . y cual es el aporte de Debian hoy a los paquetes, aplicaciones y Kernel de linux???.

Como mencione muchas veces en otros posts... cuando hace 10 años me preguntaban cual era el futuro... siempre pensé en Debian, Y ME EQUIVOQUE.
Por lo mismo, ofrezco ayuda a casi todas las personas, pero creo que estas distros, hacen una mala fama a Linux.
