Instalacion:
Navegar hasta la Carpeta C:Windows/Resources/Themes y descomprimir alli el theme elegido.Una vez descomprimido te salen 2 carpetas en-US,shell y el ejecutable.Doble click en el ejecutable y ya esta.
Ya tenemos nuestro Windows Vista como la imagen del theme elegido.
