This disturbing, out-of-control crime drama concerns a white slavery ring in which the women procured by a "talent scout" are made subservient by torture and drugs administered by mean, mute Mama Lupo (Bertha Bigg). Originally released in 1968, then re-edited with new footage and hardcore sex and retitled "The Invitation" for a 1975 release, this version contains the later cut minus the X-rated content.
