Among the hundreds of italian comic films of this period,”La moglie in vacanza…l’amante in citta” (not to be mistaken with another masterpiece of this genre such as “La moglie in bianco…l’amante al pepe”) is one of the best realized and also one of the most comic. merit of the brilliant screenplay, full of funny situations, but merit mostly of actors such as lino banfi, Renzo Montagnani and Pippo Santonastaso. Above all, Banfi and Montagnani are two of my favourite comic actors, they are very very brilliant and unfortunately too often undervaluated. To be pointed out, for the lovers of beauty, the two main actress, Barbara Bouchet and Edwige Fenech.
