Evita a toda costa los chipsets de Nvidia, por lo que la segunda quedaría descartada. En cuanto a la primera está bien, pero deberías ver más opciones.

La primera parece bein en especail pork tiene buena RAM si fuese tu al compraba, pero como dice le compañero de arriba ve mas opciones.
