Hola

Quisiera la ayuda de algun experto.

Tengo en mi lap un windows creo que es el XP, pero al parecer el tecnico que me la configuro le puso una copia no certificada, o no se la cosa es que no arranca el reproductor de musica, la advertencia de virus se activa a cada rato, en fin.


LA pregunta es, se puede instalar el windows sin que me borre toda mi información??? o tengo que respaldarla.

Nos se que hago???
