pues encontré esto espero te sirva esta en inglés pero es practico :

You can follow the steps below:
===============
1. Open Start menu and click Control Panel
2. Browse to “System Maintenance” then “System
3. In the left panel, select “Advanced System Settings” from the available links
4. You should now see the System Properties Window, which will have three sections. The top section is labeled “Performance” and has a “Settings” button. Click this button.
5. Select the “Data Execution Prevention” tab.
6. Select the option which reads “Turn on DEP for all programs and services except those I select
7. Use the “Browse” button to locate the excel.exe from the folder: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office12
8. Click Apply or OK to save the changes.

Check again if the problem can be resolved.

If the problem persists after this, we may need to spend some time to troubleshoot this issue. Thank you for your patience. Here I would like to list some troubleshooting steps below. You can use the steps to troubleshoot the issue until the problem is resolved. If the problem persists after trying the steps, please let me know and I will perform further research for you.

Step 1: Check system files
===============
I suggest using the System File Checker tool (SFC.exe) to scan for system files:

1. Click Start, click All Programs, click Accessories, right-click Command Prompt, and then click Run as administrator.
2. Type the following command, and then press ENTER:

sfc /scannow

The sfc /scannow command scans all system files and will recover the corrupted ones.

If the command is successful, please restart the computer and check the issue again. If there are any errors when running the command, some system files may be corrupted and cannot be repaired, please help collect the CBS.log for my research. You can find the log from the folder: C:\Windows\Logs\CBS.

If the problem persists after successfully running the SFC command, let’s continue.

Step 2: Test in Clean boot Mode
===============
Let’s disable all startup items and third party services when booting. This method will help us determine if this issue is caused by a loading program or service. Please perform the following steps:

1. Click the Start Button type "msconfig" (without quotation marks) in the Start Search box, and then press Enter.
Note: If prompted, please click Continue on the User Account Control (UAC) window.

2. Click the "Services" tab, check the "Hide All Microsoft Services" box and click "Disable All" (if it is not gray).
3. Click the "Startup" tab, click "Disable All" and click "OK".

Then, restart the computer. When the "System Configuration Utility" window appears, please check the "Don't show this message or launch the System Configuration Utility when Windows starts" box and click OK.

Note: Temporarily disabling the Startup Group only prevents the startup programs from loading at startup. This should not affect the system or other programs. We may still manually run these programs later.

What’s the result now?

How to return from the Clean Boot state
--------------------------
After the troubleshooting, we can return from the clean boot state:

1. 1Click the Start Button type "msconfig" (without quotation marks) in the Start Search box, and then press Enter.
Note: If prompted, please click Continue on the User Account Control (UAC) window.
2. On the "General" tab, click "Normal Startup - load all device drivers and services".
3. Click OK. Click Restart when you are prompted to restart your computer.
