que tal como les va,lo que pasa es que tengo un problema y quiero ver si ustedes me pueden ayudar, lo que pasa es que cuando intento entrar a ba-k desde mozilla firefox me sale lo siguiente:

y no me deja entrar, quisiera saber que pasa, por que entro desde internet explorer y entra sin ningun problema.
bueno ese es uno, el otro problema que tengo es que cuando estoy descargando, y la descarha lleva un tanto por ciento se me traba, se traba la descargar y ya no avanza, y ya no puedo descargar.
espero me puedan ayudar, se los agradeceria mucho
