Si el equipo es tuyo, proporciona el Service Tag a Dell y contáctate con ellos, ya que con tus datos personales verifican que efectivamente eres el dueño. Por medio de éste, te mandan el número sin problemas una contraseña maestra porque suele pasar que ponen el BIOS y eso de que no se acuerdan por seguridad.
