Ayuda Pantalla azul windows 7 64 bits

Estoy teniendo problemas de pantalla azul he checado mis dos memorias ram de 4gb cada una por separado durante 7 horas con memtest y no dio ni un error.

Desfragmenté y comprobé el estado del disco duro con crystaldiskinfo y es bueno y pase el hddregenerator con 0 sectores defectuosos encontrados.

Pasé antimalware y todo bien.

Con el disco de instalacion de windows 7 reparé posibles problemas.

ya intentaste entrar en modo a prueba de fallos?. si no entra en modo aprueba de fallos si entra es que posiblemente algun programa esta ocacionando un error. lo otro que pudieras hacer es restaurar tu sistema a un estado anterior al del pantallazo azul con el disco de windows 7. SALUDOS

Hola, siempre puedo entrar en modo a prueba de fallos y en modo normal, solo que a veces cuando ya llevo un rato u horas utilizando la computadora sale la pantalla azul hoy por ejemplo solo me ha pasado una vez . Ya he checado como decia memorias y disco duro y no ha dado problemas, por lo que debe ser algo de algun programa o del sistema operativo, no tengo ningun punto de restauracion posible que no sea reciente por lo que me sigue saliendo la pantalla azul. Hace poco probé a hacer la reparacion de windows desde el disco de instalacion y desde entonces cuando apago la computadora y la vuelvo a prender me dice: no ha sido posible iniciar windows o algo asi, me da la opcion de reparar, la cual me dice que no se ha podido reparar y que restaure, o iniciar windows normalmente (si le doy a esta opcion inicia sin problemas, solo que cada dia tengo que seleccionarla para que cargue bien el sistema operativo).

Quisiera saber cual es el programa o driver que presenta el problema y que tengo que desinstalar o actualizar. La verdad no quisiera tener que volver a instalar windows de nuevo ya que tengo muchas configuraciones en las que me he tardado mucho tiempo.

a ok. mira cuando te sale la pantalla azul te da un numero de error.trata de apuntarlo "digo trata por que a veces la pantalla azul dura muy poco :S" y cuando tengas el numero de error buscalo en google y te dira a que se debe tal error.

tengo el mismo problema en una presario cq56 a dias que funciona bien y derrepnte vuelve la pantalla azul....sale el codigo de error pero no siempre es el mismo hay como 3 diferentes errores ..... :s

Intenta probando esto: sfc /scannow (esto corregirá cualquier problema que tengan los archivos vitales de Windows, entre ellos el NTOSKRNL.EXE - Que lo tienes contaminado -)

Al terminar (que tardará varios minutos) reinicia el equipo y verifica que funcione correctamente. Si es original y fue activado de forma correcta (sin hacktivadores) continuara estando activado, si fue hacktivado, entonces perderá la "activación" que tenia ...
