Ayuda!! Galaxy s Sin memoria interna ¡¡Ayuda!!

No tengo memoria interna y tengo ese problema
creo que si lo tenia pero ya no me acuerdo muy bien avia utilizado odin y fue por que puse en PDA algo no se si era un kernel pero asi quedo cren que hay solucion?

y no puedo instalar actualizacion desde el recovery me dice:

your storage not prepared yet please use ui menu for format and reboot actions

mira encontre esta solucion en otro foro no pongo link porque es spam pero te dejo los pasos que aplicaron a ver si te sirve

I resolved this problem, with :
1. Turn off the phone
2. Press and hold Home Button ( middle ) + power on for at least 10 seconds
3. Android System Recovery Mode Appear
4. There are 4 options

reboot system now
apply sdcard:update.zip
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition

5. Move the options to " Wipe data / factory reset " using volume down ( - ) button and menu button to confirm, because the touchscreen doesn't work in reovery mode (Use the home to choose Yes)
6. After the process done, phone will reboot. (It if does not, Choose "reboot system now")

es que cuando le doy wipe data/ factory reset se pone la ultima pantalla esta

y como utilize el odin :/
