Claire is a famous pianist. She and her Cousin Stephanie meet Adelmo. Claire and Adelmo have lots of sex, but Claire won't give up her career. Adelmo marries Stephanie, but when Claire comes to visit the couple Adelmo still loves Claire. Stephanie joins them when they have sex.
When Claire starts a tour Adelmo goes with her. Stephanie and her Daughter stay at home. Then some criminals break into the house and Stephanie has sex with them (not really by choice).
When the criminals are away Stephanie shoots herself. Meanwhile Claire and Adelmo are having a good time. When Claire hears the news that Stephanie killed herself she feels guilty and tries to jump into river, but a woman saves her. the woman and Claire become lovers. The famous ianist works in an obscure club. some time later Adelmo visits that club and then the lovers are re-united and they live happily ever after ...

when i first saw that movie the plot reminded of a mainstream movie i saw coincidently shortly before. sadly i don't remember that movie (obviously a good porn movie with a plot leaves a deeper impression than a depressing mainstream movie).
even with that dark plot there is enough time for hot sex.
