Que tal bakunos, me gustaria saber sus opiniones respecto a este amplificador de wifi que difunde a 25 watts el cual promete tener una ganancia de 25 dbi de recepcion contra un emisor modelo DWL-2700ap wireless outdoor ap/bridge (http://www.cyberpuerta.mx/Computo-H...nk-Poe-2-4GHZ-54-MBPS-SNMP-AP-WDS-WDS-AP.html) Cabe mencionar que el amplificador se usaria con un router cisco wrt320N.
Por qué pregunto esto? Porque me interesaria saber si tienen algo mejor que sugerirme para cubrir un radio de 4 kilometros cuadrados de manera inalambrica reduciendo el costo del hardware a no mas de $ 20,000 pesos mexicanos considerando solamente la difucion de wifi.

no lo es tanto el AP o el amplificador sino tambien las antenas que usarás, por ejemplo las sectoriales u Omnidireccionales que emplearas y la puesta a Tierra física que tienes que emplear para no perder potencia por una mala aislacion y mala puesta a tierra.
El DWL-2700ap Yo lo tengo y con un post que hice sobre como montar un servidor Web de distribucion de amcho de banda lo he empleado y tengo cerca de 2.5Km de cobertura con 4 Antenas Sectoriales a 19 Metros de altura.
Las antenas tambien ayudan mucho si no tienes buena potencia
Esperaba que me contestaras tu enigma, fijate que tengo en mente fabricar 4 antenas de 40 dbi que me llamaron mucho la atencion, te la dejo para que me des tu opinion (http://hwagm.elhacker.net/antenachapex/galeria-chapex.htm) las cuales pienso conectar a un splitter (http://www.l-com.com/item.aspx?id=20863) y a su vez al amplificador de wifi, esto claro para tener mucho mas cobertura, instalandolas en la azotea de un edificio de departamentos (una en cada esquina) que por cierto claro que lei tu tutorial del servidor, me dio muchas ideas y una de ellas es precisamente el DWL-2700 AP sin embargo me quede con la duda si puedo amplificar aun mas el wifi emisor que recomiendas en tu manual presisamente con este amplificador que muestro conjuntamente con las antenas que te menciono unidas al spliter?
estaria muy bien eso que dice el compita de arriba hee hacerlo tu mismo ahorras o mejor aun si eres jefe pones a los chalanes a hacer algo productivo ... por el mismo precio jajajajaj
