Necromania: A Tale of Weird Love (1971)

Bickering couple Danny and Shirley Carpenter are invited to the velvet-vampire mansion of Madame Heles to sort out their sexual problems. In a nutshell, Danny can’t satisfy Shirley, as we see in an abortive bed tussle that ends with him limp and her spitting, “I might have just as well watched television!”. But if they don’t mind the gilded skulls and pickaxes on the walls or the coffin and stuffed “wolf mummy” in the middle of Madame Heles’ living room, her treatment is sure to solve their marital issues. Said treatment boils down to the Madame’s right hand lady, Tanya (Maria Arnold) balling Danny (after tossing a brief fling at another invitee, muttonchopped muttonhead Carl), while Shirley’s tingle is untangled in a hallway fling with spooky Barb. Eventually, the Carpenters are brought before Madame Heles (who’s been chilling in the coffin the whole time) and given a “Pass—No Pass” rating for their carnal exercises. Do Danny and Shirley truly achieve a state of Necromania, or do they need an extra-curricular session with Madame Heles?
