About: A caviardage in which parts of the American movie The Joy of Letting Go is mixed with some additional original French footage to create a new movie with a new story, supposedly set in France. The French footage features Alban Ceray, playing the butler of the female American star (Dominique St. Pierre); Guy Royer as the 'face-double' of an American male (John Seeman); Marl?ne Myller, as the cook of waht was actually the American household; a blonde, the receptionist at the gym/sauna who has a sex scene with Alban; Liliane Lemieuvre, as a client at the gym/sauna who picks up Alban, and Emmanuelle Par?ze, as a hooker who is picked up by Alban. All this is cleverly intercut with the American star 'letting go'. The purpose of this exercise was to escape the tax on the import of foreign hardcore movies imposed in 1976.
