    que pasa cuando no llega la promocion de dia movistar,por ejemplo ayer fue dia movistar,hice la recarga y no me llego la promocion,tambien kisiera saber si yo mismo puedo hacer cambio de numero,osea poner mi munero en un chip nuevo.
